Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind

For this piece, I chose a scene from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - the film that gave me the strongest "?!" of them all. (Warning: there may be spoilers.)

My idea was to have the piano fall apart more and more, working together with the plot.
The sound also becomes increasingly dense and abstract - at the beginning it is quite believable; in fact, only the car with the train sound is "off," giving a slightly dreamy foreshadowing. By the end, many sounds carry a symbolic rather than realistic meaning.
